id only use hsbc - call their private client desk to do such a thing
if you buy enuff just pay them to store it for you
also if you dont want to deal this way simply ask them who they recommend as a retail broker so at least you wont end up getting stiffed in the end.
its not my natural market but i did help someone sell some silver through hsbc and they were very helpful
